🔺 By submitting an order, you agree to these terms:
🔺 All goods are made to order/measure—not “ready to ship”—and/or of adult, novelty/costume nature; to wit,
🔺 All sales are final; no returns, exchanges, refunds, unless we made an error;
🔺 Read product listing descriptions; view all photos;
🔺 Always measure—never guess; order responsibly;
🔺 We’re not responsible for any of your known or sudden allergic reactions. We use stainless steel, aluminum, some nickel-plated elements—materials are stated in product listings;
🔺 Check your order for accuracy before submitting, and immediately after receiving your email order confirmation;
🔺 Always check, read, reply to email; check your spam folder;
🔺 Read production times stated: the time we need to make your order before shipping:
♥ Chain goods take about a week before shipment
♥ Leathergoods take about 2.5 to 3 weeks before shipment
🔺 We do not offer rush service;
🔺 All orders include a Care Sheet; read it; save it; be sure to give it to your gift recipient, if applicable;
🔺 Leathergoods are affixed with nickel-plated hardware, unless otherwise specified.
🔺 If we made a mistake on your order, contact us within 3 days of receipt—we’ll make it right at our expense;
🔺 If you made a mistake on your order, we can possibly assist, at lowest cost to you; possibly not—please 🔸contact us🔸 to discuss. Always include full name and order number.
🔺 Undeliverable packages will require a reshipping fee of at least $7+, depending on weight, destination, and merchandise value;
🔺 Packages are shipped with tracking and insurance;
🔺 Packages scanned “delivered” by USPS are considered just that:: delivered.
🔺 We are not responsible for stolen packages from your building or property;
🔺🔺🔺 International orders:
🔺 all of the above applies, as well as:
🔺 orders are shipped with tracking and insurance;
🔺 we do not illegally mark packages as “gift”;
🔺 you are obligated to be knowledgeable of and pay any VAT/Duty import tax •your• country levies on the package;
🔺 Import tax is NOT included in postage;
🔺 Packages abandoned at Customs will NOT be refunded under any circumstances;
🔺 Reshipping postage will need to be paid, if/when the package is returned to us. No exceptions;
🔺 We do not comply with the EU Directive, as we are US-based, and the nature of our goods falls outside the parameters, and all goods are custom made when ordered. Buy responsibly.
